New Class Timetable:
We are always monitoring our Group Coaching classes and paying particular attention to attendance levels and member feedback so that we can ensure that we are catering to our member’s needs.
Bearing these factors in mind, we have made a few changes to improve our current timetable. A couple of classes have been removed due to low attendance figures and 5 new classes have been added in response to popular request.
This new timetable will take effect from Monday 12th September and will be on a trial period for a couple of months initially to see how well the changes are received so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

New Team Members:
We are all delighted to welcome Gregory Randall to our team here a Results Weight Loss! Gregory has always led an active life and has a fresh and enthusiastic passion for keeping fit and healthy living. Originally from France Gregory speaks both French and English fluently. His life has been full of colourful experiences including being a fully trained Marine solider. He left the Marines to pursue his passion in fitness and after completing his National Diploma in Sport (Performance and Excellence) Gregory was looking for his break into the fitness industry. Even though he was based in Winchester, after meeting with Joe and having his trial period at Results Weight Loss, he decided this was the right path for him. Gregory has now moved to Leicester to be near the gym and is a full time Health and Lifestyle Coach. He fits in perfectly with our company core values, he has exceeded himself with the effort and dedication he has shown so far and, above all, he has added extra sparkle to our Results Weight Loss community. Gregory will always be happy to answer any queries you have and he looks forward to helping you all on your journey to great results!!

Planned Club Expansion
We have been desiring a bigger space for a while so we were very excited to be given the go ahead by the land lord to expand our site from December 2011. This expansion will merge our current gym space with the sizeable adjoining warehouse to create a larger area. With this will come new lots of fun, new equipment and will give our members much more room during each coaching session. We shall keep you updated on all developments.
